ARCHIVE STYLING Vol.32
Archive Fashion Newly Defined by Stylist Shotaro Yamaguchi
This Autumn/Winter season has given us the hints of a return of ‘tailored’ items. Walking around town, you can already see trend-sensitive people starting to wear their jackets. Suddenly, there are no more of those slightly too big shirts and logo items which used to be overflowing everywhere. From now on, it’s the era of tailored items. So, what to wear? As OR NOT, we would recommend a combination using a unique and modern jacket. For example, you could go for this jacket from the 2014 Spring season by COMME des GARÇONS, which has black frills all over the bodice, hiding a playful spirit in its beauty. By combining this item with a pair of wide-silhouette pants, the whole look will become even more refined. Because the jacket-pants style is such a standard these days, why not combine it with a special item as for it to not become too conservative?
